Changing or Canceling Your Order If your order has not shipped yet, email us at support@rootwelldaily.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update the address or cancel it for you. Once shipping has been confirmed, we're unable to change the delivery address or cancel the order. Please double-check your details at checkout to avoid any issues.

Managing Your Subscription

Managing Your Subscription You can cancel your subscription anytime — there's no lock-in. There are two ways to do it: 1. Through your account (fastest): Log in and cancel your subscription from your customer profile portal. It takes effect immediately. 2. By email: Message us at support@rootwelldaily.com and a team member will process your cancellation within 1 business day.
